Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped directly from our trusted warehouse in Hong Kong. We work hard to ensure your items are carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail, so they arrive in perfect condition.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing the order and won’t be able to make changes. However, once your order arrives, you can return it for a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
